What is Mold/Indoor Air Quality Testing?

Mold testing refers to the process of assessing the presence and type of mold in a specific area or property. It involves collecting samples from different surfaces or the air to determine the extent and type of mold growth. At Insideout Inspections our inspectors are experienced and trained to look for mold during every home inspection. However, in order to confirm an area is indeed mold an indoor air quality or swab testing must be completed.

Our trained inspection staff collect either air samples, swab or slide samples from the home.

Expedited Shipping

All of our mold/iaq samples are shipped via UPS/Fedex overnight to our EPA approved laboratory based in Utah. 

Lab Analysis

Our state of the art laboratory then utilizes AI technology to analyze each sample.

Detailed Report

Once each sample is analyzed, they produce a detailed report with documents to help example the findings.
